How can I start a return?

To start your return, you can submit an inquiry to the customer service portal below. Please have your order number, email address and shipping zip code ready.

 What items are eligible for return?

Return requests must be made within 45 days of order shipped date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. Customer is responsible for return label shipping cost, the amount of which will be deducted from the final refund amount. You will receive an estimate of return shipping cost at the time of submitting your return request.

If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, we apologize! Please contact us by using our customer service portal, and we will help arrange a replacement free of charge.

We do not currently accept returns for international orders, so please keep this in mind if you are shopping on smosh.com outside of the US.

How will my refund be processed?

Your refund will be issued to the same method of payment used to place the order.

Do you accept exchanges?

Although we hope to offer this in the near future, at this time we're unfortunately not able to accept exchanges or exchange requests.
