Shipping Questions

All orders take between 2-5 business days for processing before being dispatched.

*NOTE: During new releases or holidays, there may be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time. 

Transit times vary based upon the following conditions: 

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international shipment

Preorders may take longer to process. Please refer to the product page of the item for more information about processing time.

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors: 

  • Domestic vs. International
  • Total weight of the package
  • Selected shipping method

To see how much shipping will be, build a cart and your shipping cost will be calculated before checkout.

Orders placed on smosh.com ship from the US, and all international shipments are subject to your country's applicable duties, taxes and other clearance charges. For international shipments, the shipping charge at checkout covers the cost of freight only and does not include any applicable duties, taxes or clearance fees.

Ordering Questions:

To make changes to your order please email us at orders@smosh.com. We begin processing orders shortly after receipt. For this reason, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once it’s submitted. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your order by mail. 

If an item goes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that you’ve been refunded. You will only be charged for items that ship. 

Returns:

Please email us at orders@smosh.com to being the return process.

We do not currently accept returns for international orders.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of order shipped date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. We do not offer returns on perishable goods.
