Shipping Policy

All orders take between 2-5 business days for processing before being dispatched.

*NOTE: During new releases or holidays, there may be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time.

Transit times vary based upon the following conditions:

- Total distance between us and you

- Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international shipment

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors:

- Domestic vs. International

- Total weight of the package

- Selected shipping method

Please check the associated tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Any inquires on the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through the tracking number.

If you feel that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, please go to our customer service portal to contact us.

International Shipments

Orders placed on smosh.com ship from the US, and all international shipments are subject to your country's applicable duties, taxes and other clearance charges. For international shipments, the shipping charge at checkout covers the cost of freight only and does not include any applicable duties, taxes or clearance fees.

Ordering Questions

Please contact us right away by going to our customer service portal; we begin processing orders ASAP, but we may be able to change the address if caught soon enough.

We begin processing orders ASAP upon receipt of order. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change the items in your order once it’s submitted. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your order by mail.

Also, please note we are unable to honor discounted prices if your order was placed before or after a discounted sale event. Thanks for your understanding.

Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 45 days of order shipped date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page.
