All orders take between 2-5 business days for processing before being dispatched.

I entered in the incorrect address; what do I do?
Please contact us right away by going to our customer service portal; we begin processing orders right away but may be able to change the address if caught soon enough.
Where is my package?
Please check the associated tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. Any inquires on the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through the tracking number.
My package was lost/stolen; what do I do?
If you feel that your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Once the claim is filed, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can additionally assist you.
Am I responsible for international duties and taxes?
Orders placed on smosh.com ship from the US, and all international shipments are subject to your country's applicable duties, taxes and other clearance charges. For international shipments, the shipping charge at checkout covers the cost of freight only and does not include any applicable duties, taxes or clearance fees.
Can I make changes to my order after I purchase?
We begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once it’s submitted. If you decide you do not want the merchandise, you can return your order by mail.
What if an item I order goes out of stock?
If an item goes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that you’ve been refunded. You will only be charged for items that ship.
How do I make a return?
Our customer service team answer emails Monday-Fridays during normal business hours at email@example.com. Please reach out with your order number and we will coordinate your return.
We do not currently accept returns for international orders.
Although we hope to implement this soon, at this time, we're unable to accept exchange requests.
Return requests must be made within 45 days of order shipped date. Items must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page.
